The Senior Business Systems Analyst acts as a strategic partner between business units and the IT team, specializing in project management systems such as Workfront, Monday.com, and Wrike. This role blends deep business process expertise with technical acumen to implement, optimize, and scale enterprise work management solutions. The analyst will lead system configuration, governance, reporting, and user support, ensuring each platform aligns with organizational goals and supports scalable, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration
- Configure and maintain Workfront, Monday.com, and Wrike, including custom forms, templates, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and platform security.
- Oversee intake processes, approval workflows, and routing logic.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
- Coordinate platform upgrades, feature enablement, and sandbox testing.
- Ensure scalability and usability of project management solutions across teams.
- Serve as the primary support contact for issues, requests, and enhancements.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze and improve workflows, identifying automation and optimization opportunities.
- Document business processes, use cases, and system requirements.
- Provide actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
Reporting & Insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to surface operational metrics and productivity insights.
- Provide data analysis to support informed, strategic decision-making.
Training & Change Management
- Deliver end-user training and create system documentation.
- Lead change management initiatives to improve adoption and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for users across the organization.
Automation and Integration
- Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar integration platforms.
- Proactively identify and address workflow disruptions to maintain automation reliability.
- Conduct release testing and validation to ensure smooth automation continuity.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Workfront administration (Fusion and/or Workfront Proof experience is a plus).
Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise work management and project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in Workfront configuration, reporting, and governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
