We’re looking for a Program Manager to serve as the vital link across product, engineering, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams — transforming bold ideas into life-saving medical imaging software. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives from concept to delivery, applying your program management expertise and Software-as-a-Medical-Device (SaMD) knowledge to a fast-moving, growth-stage startup environment. With your ability to align stakeholders, manage complexity, and keep execution on track, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our next-generation cardiovascular imaging solutions to the patients who need them most.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end program planning from concept to commercialization for imaging-based Software-as-a-Medical-Device solutions, and managing dependencies, timelines, risks, and resource allocation across multiple programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong process optimization and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for medical devices, software lifecycle processes and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in agile program management, experience in a startup environment preferred.
- Software tools knowledge preferred: Jira, Roadmunk or similar applications, Salesforce.
- This role is based out of our office in Boston, MA. We operate in a hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration.
- Occasional travel may be required.
