PTC is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our CAD Marketing team. This is an exciting time to join PTC as we redefine the CAD market with Artificial Intelligence, Generative Design, Design for Sustainability, Simulation, Advanced Manufacturing and so much more!

As a part of our product marketing team, you will be a storyteller, building engaging messaging and technical content for internal and external audiences. You will also use your project management and communication skills to coordinate our annual launch plans. You will work closely with our demand generation, web, and software product management teams to help define our voice in the market and drive quality engagements with customers and prospects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop an understanding of the CAD industry, end-user pain points and PTC software capabilities.
  • Manage the marketing activities associated with our annual launch cycle.
  • Coordinate with our product management colleagues on the delivery of critical product information.
  • Communicate this technical information in a manner appropriate for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Support the creation of customer reference stories in collaboration with customer marketing, sales and customer success
  • Align with global sales and marketing colleagues to deliver localized content to meet regional sales goals.
  • Coordinate with demand generation, web, and content creators to generate a continuous flow of impactful marketing assets to drive quarterly sales opportunities.
  • Align with channel marketing colleagues to support global partner requirements.

Required Experience

  • 5 years of professional work experience and 3+ years’ experience in a technical marketing role.
  • Familiarity with B2B software marketing
  • Storyteller with growth mindset – ability to turn features and benefits into engaging customer stories.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing or have relevant work experience

Preferred Experience

  • Strong project management skills, priority-setting capability, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and detail oriented; you enjoy working with data, technology, software, and manufacturing.
  • Self-starter, motivated and excited to roll up your sleeves.

This individual contributor role is based in PTC’s Boston Seaport headquarters, and applicants should reside within the greater Boston, Massachusetts area.
