Senior Product Manager - UK

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our BFSI Product team. This role is responsible for defining the Customer Value Proposition and Jobs To Be Done, serving as the customer's voice, and building new solutions from scratch for the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI) across the Europe region. You will have the final authority in backlog prioritization and accepting new stories to maximize the value of each release.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
  • Lead the product strategy by defining the vision, prioritizing exploration areas for Iron Mountain's BFSI solutions, and conducting in-depth market research and customer consultation.

  • Develop and execute on the solution roadmap, converting the product vision into themes, user stories, and epics, and defining acceptance criteria for product capabilities.

  • Manage the product backlog, maintaining and prioritizing the release backlog, and defining the dates and contents for each release.

  • Collaborate with the agile team, participating in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives, and serving as the voice of the customer and final authority on backlog prioritization.

  • Identify stakeholders (Technical Buyers, Economic Buyers, etc.) and create/maintain business and user persona definitions.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience of relevant product management experience within the BFSI or Financial Technology domain.

  • Significant experience in building or selling Banking Products and Solutions (e.g., Insurance, Wealth Management, Compliance, Lending, Risk) to understand Financial Sector client requirements.

  • Knowledgeable in technology, especially AI/ML, Enterprise Content Management, Process Automation, or AI/ML based Intelligent Document Processing.

  • Proven ability to multitask and work with competing priorities across multiple time zones.

  • Available for travel to customer sites (20-30%).
