About the Role
You'll lead the design, coordination, and delivery of product-focused enablement aligned with Rapid7's launch strategy, sales methodology, and GTM priorities.
While you'll maintain a strong working knowledge of Rapid7 products - capable of facilitating demos and connecting value to customer outcomes - you'll collaborate closely with product specialists, Product Management, and Product Marketing to ensure technical depth, accuracy, and alignment across all materials. Specifically, you will:
- Serve as the enablement lead for Rapid7 products, aligning with Product, Product Marketing, Partner, Enablement teams.
- Plan and execute product launch enablement based on launch tiering and GTM priorities.
- Design and deliver on-demand and instructor-led product training that connects features to customer value and sales motion.
- Partner with product specialists and SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and depth where needed.
- Support new hire onboarding with product-focused learning experiences.
- Measure program engagement and impact to continuously improve content and delivery.
- Define and report on key enablement metrics, leveraging data and field feedback to improve program design, delivery, and impact continuously.
- Support internal events, such as the annual Kickoff, through content creation, delivery, and logistics support.
The skills you'll bring include:
- 8+ years of experience in product enablement, sales enablement, or GTM training within a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity organization.
- Strong understanding of GTM functions - Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering - and how product fluency drives performance.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, role-relevant learning experiences.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Product Marketing teams to manage product launch readiness and lifecycle communications.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills across multiple audiences and delivery formats.
- Comfort maintaining demo-level product knowledge while knowing when to leverage technical specialists for deeper validation or content input.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing engagement and enablement impact.
- Proficiency with LMS/CMS systems (Highspot), enablement platforms (Articulate), revenue intelligence tools (Gong) and CRMs (Salesforce).
- Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive - able to drive initiatives across global and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in cybersecurity is preferred but not required
- Work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision that demands high quality, creativity, and consistency
