Job Summary
As a Secure Platform Senior Product Associate in the Digital Content Management team, you will play a crucial role in developing best-in-class Authentication platform capabilities. Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Fraud Risk, and Business leadership to create a seamless experience for our customers. Your work will focus on establishing authentication methods that support customer interaction preferences while evolving organizational capabilities to enhance client experiences across Chase.com.
Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
  • Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Customer Identity and Access Management processes.
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
  • Support feature teams with application testing, user experience testing, and issue resolution.
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles, including use of agile project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Git).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in product deployment processes and operational management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Customer Identity and Access Management experience.
  • Agile/Scrum and AWS Certification are a plus.
  • Knowledge of design and product development processes, service design principles, and systems thinking.
