What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the AI operating system built for modern ecommmerce. We help you see what's actually working in your business, what's not, and what to do next. Then we take action for you — pausing the underperforming ad, generating the next batch of creative, flagging the inventory risk before it bites.

We pull every signal in your business into one place, and put it on the most trusted measurement foundation in the industry. And on top of that, we give you the most actionable AI in commerce — Moby 2 — letting you tap any LLM you want, grounded in the full context of your business. Moby 2 doesn't just surface insights, it executes decisions for you, with automations that make the rest of your stack smarter.

The result: more than 65,000 brands like Pressed Juicery, OUAI, and True Classic turn mountains of complex data into actions that actually grow profit, at a speed and scale that is not humanly possible.

What You're Applying for

We're looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to take full, dedicated ownership of the marketing relationship with our largest and most strategic partners - including Meta, Snap, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and OpenAI. These are active, well-established partnerships - what we need is someone to own them full-time, bringing focus and consistency.

You'll take the lead on ensuring commercial agreements and marketing strategy are tightly connected, so partner activity always reflects what we've committed to - and you'll take full ownership of the marketing calendar, activities, and reporting that make each relationship run smoothly.

What You'll Do

Partner & Commercial Management

  • Own the full marketing relationship with these partners end-to-end - strategy, planning, and execution
  • Build the process for reviewing commercial contracts and translating their terms into marketing strategy
  • Act as the primary connective tissue between commercial/partner teams and marketing

Marketing Calendar & Activity Ownership

  • Take ownership of the existing marketing calendar and activities with each partner, independent of and in addition to commercial obligations
  • Plan and drive proactive marketing initiatives with partners - not just what's contractually required
  • Partner closely with a supporting Product Marketing Manager to ensure product updates and messaging are accurately translated and woven into partner activity
  • Prioritize and sequence partner activity against broader company marketing priorities
  • Propose and scope marketing spend for partner activities, securing budget approval from the Director as needed

Execution & Reporting

  • Track partner priorities against the marketing schedule, resolving conflicts and surfacing opportunities
  • Report on partner investment and results to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Plan and run QBRs with key partners
  • Own event presence and represent the company at major partner events (e.g., Meta Summit)
What You’ll Bring
  • Must have direct, hands-on experience working with Meta, Snap, TikTok, Google, or Pinterest as partners
  • Experience building a process or system cross-functionally, ideally connecting commercial/legal terms to marketing strategy and execution
  • Track record of owning a marketing relationship end-to-end, from commercial alignment through activation
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaborator - demonstrated success working across commercial, legal, and leadership to get processes adopted.
  • Comfortable reading commercial contracts and translating them into marketing plans
  • Experience working alongside a Product Marketing Manager or similar supporting function
  • Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent partner relationships
  • Experience building budget proposals and securing sign-off from senior stakeholders
  • Experience running QBRs, executive reporting, and partner-facing presentations
  • Excellent communication skills; polished representing the company externally
  • Comfortable taking full ownership of an established function and making it their own

Our compensation ranges are set using benchmarks from growth-stage companies and factor in function, level, and location, so everything stays balanced and competitive.

The expected base salary for this role is $118,000.00-$138,000.00 per year. This role is also eligible for equity under Triple Whale’s equity incentive plan.  Eligible employees receive medical coverage; a 401(k) with a company match of up to 3%; 30 days of paid time off accrued monthly after the first 30 days of employment; five sick days; and nine paid company holidays. Triple Whale also offers paid parental leave for eligible employees.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
