Software is being rewritten in real time. AI agents are starting to write more code than humans do, at a speed no security team has ever had to match, and that single shift is opening up the biggest opportunity our industry has seen in a decade. We're not bracing for it, we're building the company that owns it.
Snyk is building the next generation security platform where security isn't a set of tools people operate. It's a team of security agents working alongside your engineers, finding, fixing, and governing risk at the speed software is now built. These agents work alongside both the company build and the agents they adopt. Security stops being a queue of work waiting for people, and becomes a coordinated workforce companies direct and trust.
Job Summary
Snyk is hiring a Senior Field & Partner Marketing Manager to own field marketing across US West and Latin America. This is a regional marketing role with real range: you will act as the marketing lead for two very different markets, building the digital-first demand programs that drive pipeline and ARR with West Coast enterprises while running a localized, Portuguese and Spanish language motion across Brazil and the broader LATAM region. If you want a seat where you set regional strategy and then go execute it yourself, this is that seat.
About the Team
You will join Snyk's Global Field Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, and sit alongside field marketers covering the other major AMER and international regions. The team works hand in hand with regional sales leadership, demand generation, partner marketing, and global events, and owns the regional programs that turn Snyk's platform story into qualified pipeline. This role is based in San Francisco and works closely with both the West Coast and LATAM sales teams.
What You’ll Do
Own the field marketing strategy, program mix, and budget for LATAM and the US West, and carry the inbound pipeline and ARR number for both.
Build a genuinely localized Brazil and LATAM motion, with Portuguese and Spanish language content and campaigns rather than last-minute translations.
Drive a digital-first demand strategy for the US West, where accounts are spread out and top of funnel programming has to do more work.
Act as the marketing counterpart to West Coast and LATAM sales leadership, building the regional plan with them and enabling sellers to run it.
Partner with partner marketing to identify which partners carry weight in each region, then build joint programs with them.
Run a focused set of regional events, including roughly three LATAM shows a year plus executive roundtables, chosen because they produce pipeline.
Work with demand generation, campaigns, and ABM to localize global motions, and feed regional insight back into the global plan.
Report clearly on program influence on pipeline and ARR, and reinvest based on what the data says.
Travel roughly 20 to 30 percent across the West Coast and Latin America.
What you’ll bring
Five to seven or more years of B2B field, regional, or partner marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer tools.
Professional fluency in Portuguese and strong working Spanish, with the judgment to localize for Brazil rather than translate. Brazil market experience is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with the US West Coast market and how its technology and enterprise buyers evaluate security tooling.
Proven strength in digital and top of funnel programs, from paid and organic campaigns to webinars and ABM, tied back to pipeline.
A track record of owning a region and a number, and of partnering with sales leadership as a true counterpart.
Comfort operating as a mini CMO in region: setting strategy, owning budget, and doing the hands-on work yourself.
Working fluency with marketing automation and CRM such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce, plus AI-assisted tools like Claude or Gemini.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and the communication skills to represent your region to senior stakeholders.
Willingness to travel 20 to 30 percent and work across US Pacific and Latin American time zones.
Nice to have: partner or channel co-marketing experience, application security domain knowledge, and experience building a region's motion from scratch.
