About Nasuni:

Nasuni is the unstructured data foundation for enterprise teams—and the AI that supports them. As a Vista-backed SaaS data infrastructure company, we help organizations manage, protect, and activate massive volumes of file data through a unified, cloud-native platform. Our technology transforms fragmented storage environments into secure, scalable, and AI-ready data systems—powering analytics, automation, and global collaboration.

At Nasuni, you’ll work at the intersection of cloud, AI, and enterprise data infrastructure. Our Boston team collaborates closely with global leaders across product, GTM, and operations to build systems that directly impact company growth. With Vista Equity Partners’ backing, we combine startup agility with enterprise scale—offering exposure to complex challenges, modern technology, and high-impact work. You’ll help shape how revenue systems evolve in an AI-driven world while growing alongside a team focused on innovation, ownership, and operational excellence.

Role Overview

Nasuni is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Systems to lead the architecture, governance, and evolution of our global GTM systems ecosystem.

This is not a ticket-driven Salesforce admin role. This leader owns how systems enable revenue—from pipeline creation through renewal—across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will define the Salesforce and GTM systems roadmap, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure data integrity at scale. You’ll partner closely with RevOps, IT, and executive stakeholders to translate business strategy into scalable systems.

This role is ideal for someone who operates at the intersection of systems architecture, revenue strategy, and operational execution—and wants to build a modern, AI-enabled revenue engine.

Level & Scope Definition
  • Own Salesforce and GTM systems strategy, architecture, and governance

  • Operate with high autonomy and direct impact on revenue performance

  • Balance hands-on system design with strategic roadmap ownership

  • Lead and grow a small team (2) while influencing cross-functional partners

  • Act as a trusted advisor to RevOps, Finance, and GTM leadership

ResponsibilitiesPlatform & Systems Architecture
  • Own Salesforce (Sales Cloud + adjacent clouds) architecture, roadmap, and governance

  • Design and deploy scalable solutions across the GTM tech stack (Clari, Gong, Spiff, etc.)

  • Establish release management, testing standards, and system reliability practices

Revenue Process Optimization
  • Optimize end-to-end revenue lifecycle (Lead → Opportunity → Close → Renewal)

  • Improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and conversion efficiency

  • Standardize KPIs, definitions, and reporting logic across GTM

Data & Systems Governance
  • Ensure CRM data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems

  • Own integrations between Salesforce and GTM platforms

  • Support executive and board-level reporting accuracy

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Translate business needs into scalable system solutions

  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, Finance, and IT on system strategy

  • Manage vendors and external system partners

Team Leadership & Enablement
  • Lead and mentor Salesforce administrators/analysts

  • Drive user adoption, training, and system fluency

  • Help shape team structure and future hiring

AI & Automation Enablement
  • Identify and implement AI-driven workflows (forecasting insights, data enrichment, automation)

  • Translate business processes into scalable automation and AI use cases

  • Evaluate tools and workflows that improve GTM efficiency and decision-making

QualificationsMust-Have
  • 7–12 years total experience

  • 5+ years owning Salesforce platform (architecture, not just admin)

  • Experience with Sales Cloud + at least one additional Salesforce cloud

  • Proven ownership of revenue process optimization across GTM lifecycle

  • Experience with system governance, releases, and change management

  • Strong cross-functional partnership with Sales and RevOps leadership

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

Preferred
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members

  • Experience with Clari, Gong, CPQ, or commissions tools

  • SaaS or subscription business model experience

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation platforms

  • Advanced Salesforce certifications

Ideal
  • Owned GTM systems roadmap at a growth-stage SaaS company

  • Led Salesforce transformation or re-architecture

  • Scaled CRM environments (100 → 500+ users)

  • Supported global revenue teams

  • Experience with board-level reporting and RevOps analytics

Experience Guidelines
  • 7–12 years total experience

  • 5–8 years Salesforce ownership

  • 2+ years influencing senior GTM stakeholders
