Write high-performance C/C++ for kernel-adjacent and user-space storage, improve snapshots, caching, metadata, and protocol access (NFS/SMB/S3). Build HA stateful services on Kubernetes, lead design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure production reliability, observability, and upgradeability.

Lead post-sales relationships for a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, value realization, and executive alignment. Build success plans, run Executive Value Reviews, monitor health via Gainsight, mitigate risk, coordinate cross-functional resources, and promote customer advocacy and growth opportunities.

The Solution Engineer will lead technical sales efforts, conduct product demos, and assist customers with deployment and solutions involving Resilio technology.

Prospect and research enterprise accounts, perform outbound outreach across phone, email, social and events, generate interest in Nasuni's hybrid cloud file solutions, and schedule meetings with Field Sales while using sales tools and tailoring messaging to decision makers.

Own and improve vulnerability management across cloud, on-premises, network, and endpoint environments. Responsibilities include scanning, triage, risk-based prioritization, remediation coordination, SLA tracking, exception management, closure validation, asset reconciliation, reporting, incident support, on-call participation, and audit documentation. The role partners with Engineering, SRE, IT, and Infrastructure teams and uses security tooling and AI-assisted workflows to reduce exposure and recurring vulnerabilities.

The Technical Account Manager will support enterprise customers, optimize cloud file data platform use, and ensure customer success through technical guidance and collaboration with engineers.

Lead complex enterprise customer onboarding from sales transition through go-live and handoff to Customer Success. Maintain executive alignment, customer health, business-value continuity, adoption readiness, change management, and escalation resolution across large global engagements. Translate technical decisions into business implications, govern executive reviews, stabilize customer relationships, and improve onboarding playbooks, health models, and AI-assisted workflows.

Lead development and integration of Salesforce-centered GTM systems: build Apex/LWC solutions, design event-driven integrations, optimize data flows to Snowflake, manage CI/CD with Gearset/Git, write SQL for reporting and data quality, troubleshoot production, and mentor developers while advancing AI-enabled, composable CRM automation.
