Supports SaaS renewals by preparing quotes, order forms, and documentation; maintains renewal trackers and CRM/CPQ data; communicates with customers under AE/CSM guidance; collaborates with sales ops and finance; ensures timely, accurate renewals and escalates issues.

Owns a quota-bearing renewal portfolio, closing 30+ renewals per quarter. Manages the full renewal cycle (outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close), drives price uplift and multi-year conversions, uncovers expansion opportunities, builds renewal cadences using Salesloft/Gainsight/CRM, and maintains accurate Salesforce/CPQ forecasting.

Prospect and research enterprise accounts, perform outbound outreach across phone, email, social and events, generate interest in Nasuni's hybrid cloud file solutions, and schedule meetings with Field Sales while using sales tools and tailoring messaging to decision makers.
