Who We're Looking For

As a member of the Media Team at Marketbridge, the Senior Manager, Paid Social will lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B client accounts.

This role is designed for someone who has strong hands-on paid social expertise but is ready to operate at a broader level. You’ll manage more complex client programs, oversee multiple accounts with different goals and audiences, guide campaign strategy and optimization, and help clients understand how paid social supports their broader demand generation, ABM, pipeline, and revenue goals.

You’ll remain close to the platforms and should be comfortable stepping into campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, and optimization when needed. However, success at this level comes from your ability to see the bigger picture, set direction, guide others, and make sound strategic decisions across accounts.

You’ll also play a leadership role within the Social team, helping develop more junior team members, improve our processes and ways of working, and raise the strategic bar for paid social across the practice.

Our team contributes to Marketbridge by providing strategic guidance to clients and internal teams around how paid social can solve complex marketing challenges. We are also actively involved in business development, organic growth, and shaping media recommendations for both current and prospective clients.

You Must Be

Nimble: Able to move quickly across multiple accounts, priorities, and client needs while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Collaborative: Strong paid social programs require close partnership across Media, Demand Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Client Success, and Project Management.

Curious: Consistently learning and looking for better ways to work, including thoughtful use of AI and emerging technologies to improve strategy, analysis, and efficiency.

Strategic: Able to look beyond individual campaigns and connect paid social decisions to broader audience, demand generation, ABM, and business goals.

Proactive: Anticipate what clients and teams will need next, bring forward recommendations, and challenge the expected when there is a stronger path forward.

Detail Driven: Comfortable working at a strategic level without losing sight of the campaign details that can materially affect performance.

A Strong Communicator: Able to simplify complex media performance and confidently explain recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.

A Team Player: Invested in helping the broader team succeed and comfortable coaching, reviewing, and supporting others as needed.
