The Sr. Manager of Internal Communications is responsible for all activities designed to reduce the sales cycle by creating awareness, creating a positive brand image and story, providing educational collateral, clearly articulating our differentiations, and targeting the right audiences. The Sr. Manager of Internal Communications will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and delivering clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization. The role will revamp and maintain the company's intranet, ensuring that all content is current, relevant, and aligned with the Company’s objectives. The role will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to ensure the effective flow of information, promote the total employee experience, and highlight organizational initiatives.

Expected Duties:

  • Sr. Managers of Internal Communication will develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives and promotes employee engagement while working closely with senior leadership to ensure effective communication of corporate messages, vision, and updates.

  • Expected to oversee the content strategy for the intranet (Unily) through leading the redesign, restructuring, and ongoing management of the Company’s intranet platform with partnerships in various departments to ensure all content is aligned with company goals, values, and key initiatives.

  • Responsible for establishing governance guidelines for the intranet to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all content. Sr. Managers of Internal Communication will develop communication plans for major corporate events, initiatives, and changes, ensuring that all employees are well-informed and engaged through creating engaging and informative content for employees at all levels of the organization and comprehensive internal content calendar.

  • Expected to collaborate with HR to lead efforts to measure employee engagement through surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms and analyze data and provide recommendations on how to improve internal communications and increase employee engagement to Foster an environment of two-way communication by promoting channels for employee feedback and open dialogue.

  • The role will lead regular check-ins and brainstorming sessions with leadership to ensure all communication is strategically aligned and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on internal communication best practices and trends.

  • Sr. Managers of Internal Communication will partner with HR, IT, Legal, and other departments to ensure alignment of internal communication strategies with broader organizational goals and execute communication plans for organizational changes as needed.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.

  • Writing, editing, and content creation skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for a wide variety of audiences.

  • Experience in managing and revamping intranet platforms or internal digital communications tools.

  • Understanding of change management and employee engagement strategies.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, teams, and employees.

  • Experience with analytics tools to measure communication effectiveness and employee engagement.

  • Intranet Expertise: Deep experience with modern intranet technologies (e.g., Unily, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.)

  • Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, ensuring projects are on track and aligned with business objectives.

  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Exhibited solution-minded thinking and innovative problem-solving skills, ensuring roadblocks are addressed promptly.

  • Ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
