About the Role

What You’ll Do
  • Executive Communications: Lead internal and external executive communications for our co-founders, including company-wide updates, leadership meetings, and major announcements.

  • Internal Communications Strategy: Design and execute a cohesive strategy that links employees to our mission, reinforces culture, and keeps a distributed workforce — spanning remote, hybrid, and on-site teams — connected and engaged.

  • Employer Brand: Develop and own our employer brand strategy to attract world-class talent, including management of external-facing platforms (careers site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other channels).

  • Culture & Storytelling: Reinforce our culture through compelling storytelling that highlights employee impact, customer success, and company milestones.

  • Change Management: Serve as a trusted partner for change initiatives, ensuring clear, transparent, and effective communication across the organization.

  • Channel & Event Management: Ensure consistent messaging across all channels; oversee company-wide and leadership meetings to keep employees aligned and inspired.

What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in internal communications, employer brand, or related fields

  • Proven ability to design and execute communications strategies in high-growth or complex organizations

  • Strong background in executive communications, including speechwriting, ghostwriting, and presentation development

  • Expertise in change management communications and guiding organizations through growth and transformation

  • Deep understanding of employer branding, with a track record of building brand presence to support talent attraction

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to distill complex topics into clear, inspiring messages

  • Strong project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders

Bonus Points For
  • Experience in a senior internal comms role at a high-growth company

  • Familiarity with distributed workforce dynamics (remote, hybrid, and on-site teams)

  • Comfort presenting to and advising executive leadership in high-visibility settings

  • Experience measuring communications effectiveness and employer brand impact
