  • Turn campaign performance, analytics, and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business results
  • Advocate for customer needs and influence the future direction of the Ostro platform
  • Lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders while managing priorities, budgets, and timelines
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and help clients realize even greater value from Ostro

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, client services, or account management within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences agency
  • A track record of building trusted client relationships and managing complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience developing digital strategies across websites, social, display, or other omnichannel marketing programs
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical product launches and promotional review, including Veeva Vault PromoMats
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance into strategic business recommendations
  • Experience collaborating with creative, technical, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful client programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to travel to client sites approximately once per quarter, or as needed
  • Must have experience launching HCP and patient websites
  • Must have deep pharma knowledge
  • Must have worked either at an agency or in house pharma previously

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud applications
  • Experience supporting multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology, or rare disease
  • Familiarity with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes and FDA promotional guidelines

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
