We are seeking a Senior Managed Services Program Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Waltham, MA.
Job Summary
The Senior Managed Services Program Manager leads the planning and execution of the organization's most complex customer programs across multiple Imprivata products and enterprise initiatives. This role serves as a strategic advisor to executive customer stakeholders while partnering across Professional Services, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable business outcomes. In addition to leading large-scale customer engagements, the Senior Program Manager drives operational improvements, mentors team members, and contributes to the evolution of Managed Services methodologies and best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, multi-year customer programs involving multiple Imprivata products, enterprise initiatives, and complex organizational change.
- Serve as the primary program leader for large and complex Managed Services customers, providing executive-level communication, governance, and risk management.
- Develop program roadmaps, resource plans, success metrics, executive reporting, and customer governance processes.
- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve customer objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and third-party stakeholders to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Mentor other Program Managers and MS team members by providing coaching, sharing best practices, and supporting onboarding and professional development.
- Lead internal initiatives that improve Managed Services delivery, documentation, operational processes, tooling, and program management standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of Imprivata solutions through strategic planning aligned with customer business priorities.
- Represent Managed Services in executive customer meetings, leadership discussions, and cross-functional planning initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise software implementations, customer success programs, or technical consulting engagements.
- 6+ years of program or portfolio management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives; PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise healthcare customers and multi-product software environments.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, lead organizational change, and manage competing priorities across multiple teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, strategic planning, and continuous improvement skills.
This position offers a total compensation range of $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
