As a Senior HCM Systems Consultant, you will oversee the delivery of HCM Systems solutions for clients across various industries. You will manage project teams, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that the projects meet the client's expectations and quality standards. You will also act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle. You will leverage your HCM Systems expertise and leadership skills to ensure the success of the projects and the satisfaction of the clients.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor HCM Systems projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage project teams, assigning tasks, providing direction, and resolving issues.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the client and the internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that the project deliverables meet the client's requirements and standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise and best practices on HCM Systems functionality and configuration.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with the client and the project team.
- Support the business development and sales activities by preparing proposals, conducting demos, and presenting solutions.
Qualifications
- English language proficiency at CEFR C1 levels or higher, as demonstrated by a bachelor's degree or certified language examination.
- 4 to 7 years of HCM Systems experience.
- HCM Systems certification and experience in multiple modules, such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Payroll.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Within reasonable commuting distance of Boston, MA.
