Summary
As a Senior HCM Systems Consultant, you will work with clients to implement, configure, and optimize Human Capital Management software solutions. You will collaborate with other consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results. You will serve as an advisor and mentor to junior consultants. You will also participate in testing, training, and post-go-live support activities.

Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and translate them into HCM System configurations.
Perform occasional project management duties to ensure clients stay up to date on activities and that other assigned consultants are on task. - Perform system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and functionality of HCM Systems solutions.
- Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training and documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on HCM System best practices, new features, and releases.
- Advise and mentor junior consultants while providing quality assurance on their work.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the consulting team and the firm.
Qualifications- English language proficiency at CEFR C1 levels or higher, as demonstrated by a bachelor's degree or certified language examination.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with HCM systems, Workday preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of project management activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
