Job Description SummaryThe Senior FSA Finance Manager will play a vital role in the execution of the customer and site operations for Onshore Wind Services functions in East Europe and Middle East Africa (EEMEA) regions. You will be involved in all phases of the project life cycle, spanning the commercial ITO handoff to the execution of the Services at site. What you will do:
- Own full ONW P&L responsibility among ONW East Europe and MENAT regions; focus on the O& M (Operation & Maintenance) site cost, FPC and closing/reporting Processes in ONW with support from cross functional & transversal owners
- Provide financial update and support operational teams with main KPI updates, weekly pacing rhythms
- Manage and support staff to track site performance and access to complete site
- Finance and resources, including O&M tools and processes
- Track portfolio performance against the Operations and as sold contracts CMR & PMR
- Partner with Services Directors to drive common processes and practices
- Lead cost out efforts across all projects and services as well as drive implementation across the portfolio
- Identify and implement strategies to leverage synergies across different functions
- Provide the operational leadership needed to drive operations excellence at Onshore services sites

What will you bring:
- Master’s Degree from accredited college or university
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance / Operation / Execution Roles including Minimum of 5 years of Wind Services Finance
