Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst reporting directly to the Associate Finance Director of Revvity Omics and Viacord is a visible and challenging position working with all levels within the company to deliver timely and accurate reporting and analysis of Revvity’s financial performance. The position requires a highly motivated self-starter who is extremely analytical and has excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple teams within the enterprise. This is a hybrid opportunity based at our corporate headquarters in Waltham, MA.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support to the company’s Revvity Omics organization
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting capabilities and assist in solutions implementation
  • Support ad hoc analysis as required, including requests from the DX VP of Finance
  • Own budget process and long-term modelling for Diagnostics Omics business unit
  • Own monthly/quarterly forecasting and reporting processes for Diagnostics Omics business unit
  • Analyze financial results and variances, provide insightful commentary, and generate content for monthly and quarterly Corporate deliverables and business reviews
  • Partner with leadership teams to understand operational drivers, ensure execution of financial commitments; identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and actions for mitigation
  • Work with leadership to develop and prepare clear, actionable reporting for business teams; enhance forecasting processes through increased visibility into financial metrics and performance
  • Operate as main point of contact for ad-hoc and project-based support as needed for business and finance requests

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance at multi-national, matrixed organization or 5 years in accounting or finance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
  • 5 years of progressive experience in an FP&A role
  • 1+ years of experience developing dynamic financial and operational models

The base salary range for this full-time position is $79,000.00 - $105,500.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
