Are you a strategic thinker with robust financial modeling skills and a passion for supply chain initiatives? We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving business improvement and profitability. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel in navigating complexity, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Improvement Initiatives

  • Partner with senior Operations leadership to identify and implement business improvement projects.

  • Provide the financial information necessary to track historical performance and forecast future opportunities.

  • Examples include site capacity analysis, logistics, and transportation.

Financial Modeling and Analysis

  • Develop financial models to evaluate strategic business decisions.

  • Independently deliver ad-hoc analysis, such as footprint analysis.

Profitability Expansion Projects

  • Drive projects aimed at expanding profitability, including product-level gross margin analysis.

Additional Tasks

  • Perform other duties as directed by finance and business leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 2+ years of experience in a finance role.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Cost Accounting or Supply Chain FP&A is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to link financial results to operational and market drivers with a strong focus on detail.

  • Translate technical decisions and strategies into clear business terms and implications.

  • Produce documentation that is understandable for a variety of audiences.

  • Strong bias for action while considering potential outcomes from multiple perspectives.

  • Always strives for simplification and transparency.

  • A team player with a strong sense of personal responsibility and ethical conduct.

  • Confidently navigate ambiguity and manage conflicts effectively, especially during times of change.

  • Ability to assess priorities and manage multiple complex activities in a time-sensitive environment.

  • Advanced skills in financial systems and applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
