Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.

Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company — we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.

Why this role?

At Snyk, we know that great workplaces don’t happen by accident — they’re intentionally designed, carefully managed, and relentlessly improved. As a Senior Global Real Estate & Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our modern, global team experiences work.

You’ll take deep ownership of our global footprint, joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team to elevate the employee and stakeholder experience across every location. This is a highly strategic, high-impact individual contributor role with broad visibility and influence across the business as we innovate in the AI-native development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead global portfolio strategy from idea to execution, driving decisions that balance cost, growth, and experience.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, IT, and Legal to optimize footprint efficiency and long-range planning.

  • Use our AI-powered tools to optimize workplace processes, feedback loops, and site strategy.

  • Shape the way Snykers adopt hybrid development practices by ensuring offices enable collaboration and reflect our culture.

  • Influence the workplace roadmap by managing annual budgets, tracking spend, and driving vendor accountability.

  • Partner with Procurement on complex lease negotiations, renewals, and consolidations across all regions.

  • Exhibit strong executive presence to present workplace strategies and budget forecasts to various levels of leadership.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in real estate and facilities management within a multi-region organization.

  • Strong understanding of modern workflows including hybrid workplace strategy and modern office design.

  • Great communication and collaboration skills to manage global vendor relationships and stakeholder demands.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action when navigating complex lease matters or site expansions.

  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize execution across a diverse global footprint.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
  • Have hands-on experience with AI/LLMs to automate facilities tickets or space utilization analytics.

  • Love solving complex problems with a collaborative team, even when under pressure.

  • Bring fresh ideas to office layout and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo of "traditional" office space.

  • Have a sense of humor — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!

  • Know how to keep presentations fun when reporting on budget stewardship and creative optimization.

We care deeply about building a warm, inclusive environment and we value diversity in all its forms. If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, don’t hesitate to apply – your unique perspective and experience could be exactly what our team needs.
