About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a deep understanding of the tours, activities, attractions, travel, or adjacent technology industries and a well established network of relationships across the market.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of consistently surpassing targets, closing complex enterprise opportunities, and leveraging years of industry experience and relationships to create opportunities with larger, more sophisticated clients.

This role emphasizes in person sales, relationship development, and executive level client engagement. The successful candidate will use their industry knowledge, reputation, and network to gain access to key stakeholders, deeply understand their businesses, and position FareHarbor as a strategic long term partner.

With the right individual, we believe this role will play a pivotal part in expanding FareHarbor's presence across NORAM and moving the business further into the enterprise segment. Internally, this individual will collaborate closely with Lead Generation, Sales Operations, Onboarding, Account Management, and Product to pursue strategic opportunities and support FareHarbor's continued growth.

What you’ll do here:

  • Leverage an established industry network to identify, access, and develop relationships with high value enterprise prospects and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, owners, industry leaders, and key decision makers across the tours, activities, attractions, travel, and adjacent technology ecosystem.
  • Capitalize on opportunities to expand FareHarbor's customer base and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Develop and test innovative approaches to attract, close, and retain enterprise clients.
  • Represent FareHarbor at industry conferences, events, associations, and in person meetings, strengthening the company's relationships and visibility across the market.
  • Use deep industry knowledge and prior experience to identify emerging trends, competitive developments, partnership opportunities, and changes in client needs.
  • Navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, procurement requirements, and sophisticated commercial negotiations.
  • Work closely with Product, Onboarding, Account Management, and other internal teams to develop tailored solutions for strategic clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of FareHarbor's products and services and effectively position them against the strategic and commercial priorities of enterprise clients.
  • Understand client needs and use industry context to identify and prioritize feature requests based on their broader commercial value and market opportunity.
  • Build consensus among executive and operational stakeholders, develop internal champions, and create tailored sales strategies that address complex organizational needs.
  • Foster strong, long term partnerships that help FareHarbor deepen its position in existing markets and expand into new verticals.
  • Serve as a trusted industry resource internally, sharing market intelligence, relationships, and insights that strengthen FareHarbor's broader enterprise strategy.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with significant experience selling SaaS, technology, or other solutions into the tours, activities, attractions, travel, hospitality, or closely related industries.
  • A strong, established professional network within the industry, including relationships with senior executives, owners, operators, strategic partners, and other influential decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage existing relationships and industry credibility to originate new opportunities, gain executive level access, and accelerate complex sales cycles.
  • A proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise opportunities and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and execute enterprise sales strategies, including account planning, stakeholder mapping, negotiation, and executive engagement.
  • Deep knowledge of the industry landscape, including major operators, technology providers, commercial models, competitive dynamics, and emerging market trends.
  • A track record of developing long term commercial relationships rather than relying solely on transactional or high velocity sales approaches.
  • Skilled in managing, organizing, and prioritizing a portfolio of complex opportunities while operating effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, cross functional organization and collaborate effectively with Product, Onboarding, Account Management, Sales Operations, and leadership.
  • Active participation in relevant industry associations, conferences, events, or professional communities is strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships with large operators, attractions, destination organizations, hospitality groups, strategic partners, or other major players in the NORAM market are strongly preferred.
  • Able to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, and industry events, up to 25% of total working time.
