About TEAM LEWIS

Its success is due to a combination of factors: talented creatives delivering award winning campaigns; expanding client relationships into new markets or services; its independence from outside investors. The agency, its people and client campaigns have won many awards, including Cannes Lions, PRovoke Media, ICCO, European Excellence, PRCA Digital, Digital Impact, Global Digital Excellence.

At the heart of the business is the TEAM LEWIS Foundation (TLF), a non-profit charitable entity. Since its launch in 2021, it has funded over 2,600 causes. The TLF promotes a wide variety of social, cultural, and environmental causes that benefit society. It aims to strengthen the bonds between the creative industries, businesses, government, and non-profits. Community charities are championed by employees who, in addition to the financial donation, volunteer their time and skills to maximize the grants’ effectiveness.

About the role

The Senior Designer is the visual heartbeat of our creative team, leading design that pushes B2B brands into more culturally relevant, audience-obsessed territory. You'll craft visual systems and stories across formats, from decks and brand guidelines to social feeds and long-form content that resonates with real people, not just buyers, and connects directly back to strategy.

This role is for a designer with strong taste, conviction, and edge: someone who can own the room when presenting ideas, anchor them in insight, and move B2B brands beyond safe, expected work.

Key responsibilities

  • Create visual storytelling systems across mediums, from presentation design and campaign toolkits to brand guideline creation and evolution.

  • Turn complex, technical ideas into clear, compelling visual ideas that support strategy and push clients out of their comfort zones

  • Build social-first visual systems and static content that feel native to each platform and relevant to the moment.

  • Create brand and campaign identities that flex across channels while staying tight to the core idea.

  • Does basic motion graphics and animation.

  • Deliver clean, organized, final-ready files across social, digital, presentation and print.

  • Work quickly and smartly under deadlines, communicating priorities and progress clearly.

  • Mentor a junior designer/content creator, helping them sharpen their craft and confidence.

  • Present work internally and to clients, explain the thinking, and push back constructively when needed.

About you

You’re a designer with edge and a strong point of view. You care about how work looks and what it does—how it moves audiences, shapes perception and pushes B2B brands beyond the expected. You’re comfortable leading the room, tying design choices back to strategy, and collaborating with strategists, writers and account teams to get the best answer.

What you'll bring

  • 5-7 years of experience in a design, content, or creative role in an agency setting.

  • A portfolio with strong visual taste, excellent fundamentals (layout, type, color, hierarchy) and work that feels contemporary and culturally tuned for B2B.

  • Solid experience designing across formats: social feeds, decks, PDFs/white papers, digital assets and brand systems.

  • Fluency with modern design tools (Adobe CC, Figma or similar). After Effects is a plus.

  • Examples of projects you’ve led end-to-end, from concept to final delivery.

  • Ability to clearly articulate your rationale and link design decisions to brand and audience insight.

  • Experimental mindset, high attention to detail and the ability to move fast without losing quality.

  • Collaborative, low-ego approach and reliable participation and presentation in internal and client meetings.

This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of the responsibilities for this role. Other responsibilities may be added from time to time.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary

  • Hybrid work environment

  • Generous PTO

  • Paid parental leave

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits + life insurance (eligible day 1 of employment)

  • 401k with employer match

  • Travel Programs

  • Up to $2k donation to a charity of your choice!

The expected salary range for the Senior Designer position is between $90K - $100K. Base annual salary is determined by factors such as location, experience, and expertise.
