We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to be a key partner to our go-to-market teams and leadership. This role is focused on turning raw data into robust systems that will grow and scale while supporting GTM teams and senior leadership with actionable insights. By building a reliable reporting layer on top of our existing data sources, you’ll help drive growth, improve visibility, and create the foundation for sustainable scaling.

⚡ What you'll do

  • Build scalable data pipelines and integrate diverse data sources to deliver accurate, reliable foundations for analysis and insights

  • Define semantic layers and deploy analytics models that enable consistency, trust, and power self-serve insights

  • Design and maintain reporting layers, KPI reporting, and dashboards that track growth, performance, and evolve with the business to support long-term decision making.

  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points, define and deliver on metrics that drive business decisions

  • Play a key role in shaping the data function by establishing best practices and helping grow the team

🎯 What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with the leadership mindset to help set the stage for future hiring

  • Proficiency in a BI tool either Hex or Looker

  • Strong SQL skills with experience in Snowflake and dbt

  • Background supporting or working within a SaaS environment

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, with excellent cross-functional communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical audiences

  • Comfort working in ambiguity and proactively driving clarity and solutions
