Title: Senior Client Solutions Partner | AEI

Experience: 7+ years of Architecting End to End Solutions and shaping the AI Go to Market Strategy

    Type: Full Time Employment

Location: US Remote - East Coast is preferred

Travel: 50% travel to client sites across the US

Bachelors degree is required, Masters/MBA is preferred

    Role & Responsibilities:

We're looking for a brilliant technologist, an excellent communicator, and a strategic partner—to be the technical heart of our AI Go-To-Market team. You will be the spark that ignites our customers' imagination, bridging the gap between the art of the possible and transformative, real-world solutions.

    What You'll Achieve:

    • Architect the future state. Act as the trusted technical advisor to our most strategic clients. Design end-to-end AI solutions, particularly in agentic AI, and shape the customer's long-term technology roadmap. You set the direction and work alongside specialists to shape opportunities.

    • Consult on strategy and drive the roadmap. Sit with customers as a technical consultant. Ideate on their AI strategy, run discovery and roadmapping sessions, and help them separate the durable bets from the noise

    • Inspire action. Translate deep technical concepts into compelling business value. Deliver pitches and demos to audiences ranging from engineers to CXOs

    • Own the technical sales cycle end to end: Discovery, qualification, objection handling, and securing the technical win for high-value enterprise deals. Design the outcome-based commercial model (fee-at-risk, gain-share, per-agent) and defend the unit economics under scrutiny.

    • Shape our strategy. Be the voice of the customer and the market. Channel those insights into the evolution of our products, services, and company strategy. Contribute to team strategy and sales planning for the practice.

    • Turn engagements into reusable IP. Separate content (which varies by customer) from method and engine (which stays invariant). Every custom win should leave behind a reusable asset. "AI assets you own raise enterprise value" is the through-line for the customer and the discipline for this role.

    What You'll Bring:

    • AI fluency. Deep, updated understanding of modern AI solutions, with command of Generative AI (RAG, LLMs) and agentic AI (multi-agent systems, orchestration, tool use, memory). Understand them well enough to design the right solution, judge what is real versus hype, and explain the tradeoffs to a customer so clearly that they trust your recommendation.

    • Cloud and systems literacy. Grasp of cloud architecture and what it takes to run scalable, production-grade systems across the major hyperscalers. Reason about a design on hyperscaler platforms and guide the customer to the right solution for their constraints

    • A consultative mindset. A natural ability to listen, challenge, and guide customers toward solutions they didn't know were possible. You earn the right to lead the roadmapping session by first understanding the customer's actual problem

    • Effortless communication. You are a storyteller who can command a room, build instant credibility, and translate deep technical concepts into powerful simplicity. You are equally fluent with a room of engineers and a table of CXOs, and you shift registers without losing either. This is where the value sits: turning complexity into a decision a customer can make.

    • The economic instinct. You frame every recommendation in business value: what it costs, what it returns, how it is measured. You are comfortable defending unit economics and an outcome-based commercial model.

    • Proven GTM experience. A track record of success in a senior, customer-facing technical role.  You have owned a technical sales cycle end to end and carried deals from discovery to production, working through delivery teams rather than doing the build yourself.

    • You mentor and elevate a team of exceptional young AI talent, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration by being a leader who actively listens, learns, and guides.

    Additional Skills required:
You would be involved in the development of new business opportunities and value-added services which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential and deep quantitative subject matter expertise and therefore self-driven individuals willing to learn on the go would be preferred.

    • Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends across business domains and in the tech landscape

    • Strong exposure of cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, Azure

    • Excellent communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time sensitive work environment

    • Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques

    • Self-driven and strong aptitude to work in an entrepreneurial , fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a passion for developing new value-added AI based solutions for clients across a variety of industries
