The Senior Manager, Channel Enablement is vital to the success of Mimecast’s PartnerONE program. This role involves creating strategies to empower partners, ensuring comprehensive training, and collaborating with various teams.  The ideal candidate has a strong background in our Reseller, Distribution, Technology Alliances, and MSP ecosystem with a proven track record of successful partnerships.  

 

Reporting to the Director of Alliances and Partner Enablement, this role creates and implements strategic partner enablement programs. The candidate should be an effective collaborator and presenter with strong leadership skills, driven to achieve positive outcomes for partners and customers, aligning with our channel's vision, strategic pillars and goals. 

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Design and implement comprehensive channel enablement strategies aligned with company go-to-market objectives and revenue targets. 

  • Enable partners to effectively articulate our brand story and unique selling points to customers. 

  • Create internal strategies and training programs for channel and revenue teams to identify growth opportunities, address challenges and drive partner generated demand. 

  • Create and maintain sales tools, playbooks, and collateral to support partner sales cycles. 

  • Serve as the voice of the partner within the organization, providing feedback to inform program and product development. 

  • Help execute training programs, paths, certification, and materials to educate our partners on our services, technologies, industry and competitive best practices and ensure they are maximizing their engagement opportunities. 

  • Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators to track the success of partners., identifying areas for improvement and optimization. 

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • 5+ years in partner ecosystem roles.

  • Experience in program management. 

  • Deep understanding of partner-vendor relationships and enablement tools. 

  • Data-driven approach to identifying and implementing best practices. 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders. 

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 

  • Detail-oriented with experience in work operating systems (e.g., Smartsheet). 

  • Experience with Docebo, Seismic, Gong, Slack, and other tools.

The US base salary range for this position is $128,000-$192,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, incentive plans, and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
