We’re searching for a Senior Campaigns Manager who is data-driven, a go-getter, and biased towards action to join the Marketing team and make immediate impact.<br> </p><p><strong>Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?</strong></p><p><strong>In the first 30 days, you will:</strong></p><ul> <li>Participate in EvolvED, the new hire orientation, to understand company culture, processes, and expectations.</li> <li>Meet with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, laying the groundwork for future collaboration and communication. </li> <li>Analyze past and current campaigns and form an opinion on how to best engage our lead database and convert them for pipeline creation.</li> </ul><p><strong>Within 3 to 6 months, you will:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive campaign strategy and plan to target accounts within key verticals through both digital and traditional marketing tactics.</li> <li>Regularly report out on KPIs, including leads acquired, accounts engaged, conversion rates, and forecasts.</li> <li>Collaborate with Marketing teams to optimize all channels, including email, social, SEO/ SEM, and display advertising</li> <li>Be locked in step with the Field Marketing team to closely monitor accounts and regional penetration.</li> </ul><p><strong>By the end of the first year, you will:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop proven playbooks to engage and convert new accounts across our targeted lists and key verticals.</li> <li>Continuously test and analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize for results.</li> <li>Perform data-driven analysis to optimize conversion rates across our Marketing and BDR funnels.</li> <li>Manage and regularly report on budget and ROI. <br> </li> </ul><p><strong>The Work: What type of work will you be doing? We are a data-driven team that is biased towards action and inspired by each other’s creativity, team mindset, and willingness to test, learn, and iterate quickly! <br/></p><p><strong>Where is the role located?</strong></p><p>This role is based out of the HQ in Waltham, Massachusetts with some flexibility in being remote some days.</p><br><p><strong>What is the salary range?</strong></p><p>The base salary range for this full-time position is $112,000-135,000, + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
