Manage and grow assigned biotech accounts by selling Schrodinger's digital chemistry software and services. Own full sales cycle, develop territory strategies, forecast in Salesforce, coordinate cross-functional teams, build stakeholder relationships, and provide market feedback to product and scientific teams.
Schrödinger seeks a Senior Account Manager to join us in our mission to transform the discovery of therapeutics with our digital chemistry platform.
As a member of our Life Sciences Sales team, you’ll oversee business growth in your assigned territory. You will manage the full sales process at new and existing accounts, by engaging with diverse stakeholders in R&D, IT, and senior leadership at biotech customers. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including Applications Scientists, Deployment Managers, Solution Architects, and Product Managers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at your accounts
- Provide client feedback and market insights to internal product managers and scientific support team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
- An understanding of the drug discovery process
- At least five years of experience selling complex scientific software solutions, with a track record of exceeding targets

Estimated base salary range: $100,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
