We are an innovative, evolving, fast paced Global Supply Planning organization seeking a dynamic, results oriented and collaborative Sr. Supply Planner for New Product Development (NPD) to join our expanding team. The Sr. Supply Planner will report to the Sr. Manager Supply Planning and assist in the launch of new products. Individual will assist in capacity planning, inventory planning, assess supply chain risks, and ensure successful launch of new products globally. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to plan the monthly and weekly NPD inventory plan including purchasing, capacity, production tracking and retailer launches status
• Create purchase requests, manage order changes, track on-time deliveries, and align with retailer priorities
• Ensure project plan and inventory supports the forecast in full and in time
• Assist in creating executive level presentations giving status updates on projects
• Manage data governance parameters: MOQ, target WOS, Supply Chain Designations
• Assist the team in analyzing factory capacity plans
• Recommend mitigation plans and follow up to ensure on-time retailer product launch
• Provide weekly summary of program(s) status using existing reporting tools
• Attend daily program calls with cross functional teams

• Effective organizational skills to manage diverse workload portfolio and changes
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Capacity to learn and navigate through new applications quickly and efficiently
• Highly collaborative with the ability to engage and lead discussions in meetings/team settings
• Relentless in solving and closing out supply issues to support NPD requirements
• Ability to set priorities and adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Education and Experience:

• 5 years minimum experience in Supply Planning function
• Program management experience an asset
