How you will make an impact:

• Coach and assist in a high volume of quality sales 
• Identify ways to improve sales processes
• Focus of retention of insurance products
• Onboard and develop new agents as the team grows

What you need to succeed:

• Experience coaching top sales teams and delivering results
• Creativity to develop reporting and drivers of performance
• Ability to analyze sales agent performance and develop action plans
• Background in high volume sales center 
• Personal drive to succeed in remote setting
• Ability to motivate others
