About the job

You will hire, train, manage and develop a team of Inside Sales reps

You will be passionate about achieving goals 

You will be an outstanding people manager with a successful track record of people development, leadership and coaching.

Train and develop your team to nurture strong prospect relationships

Maintain all sales records and new customer information

Conduct pipeline reviews and forecast business activity in the funnel

Monitor our competition, new products and market conditions to further understand what our future customers will require

Work closely with the marketing department to build the business

 

About You

You will be able to draw on at least 5 Years of management and selling experience (SaaS an advantage

Having developed a significant level of experience in a sales environment and experience with people management, you are now ready to provide direction to Teamwork’s sales representatives who will look to you to provide direction, support and guidance while adopting a coaching posture.

Handling a fast-paced environment and challenging workload is no problem for you: you’re also highly organized, motivated, and have a strong desire to succeed.

You’re a great communicator: you have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, and you work equally well individually or as part of a team - and you’re always professional and courteous to everyone you meet.

Your 5 years of experience in a similar role demonstrates your ability to meet quotas, has given you a great understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures meaning you’re already a pro at using CRM software.

People management experience is a must for this role.

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, communications, and/or any equivalent education that demonstrates expertise in business or a relevant area.
