As a Sales Enablement Senior Manager, you will work closely with our sales team, as well as global sales enablement team, to develop, own and drive training and enablement-focused projects and programs for Japan sales team at Cybereason. Working with global teams, you will develop a strong understanding of the business goals, KPIs and key influences of the sales organization and then create strategic and innovative solutions to meet them.

What you will do

  • Working closely with local stakeholders and global sales enablement team, identify the local needs, set priority, and promote the localization of globally developed enablement programs and contents
  • Work with the global sales enablement team to identify and execute on key projects and programs to support our seller’s success
    Partner with key stakeholders and other cross functional teams to identify knowledge and skill gaps and roll out targeted programs to meet them
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry, technical and competitive landscape to ensure that we’re well positioned in what we’re offering to our Sales teams
  • Work with your stakeholders to refine and improve the Sales Onboarding program based on industry knowledge of onboarding, and to track the sales onboarding program by identifying gaps in knowledge and understanding
  • Virtual and in-person facilitation of the Sales Onboarding program and other training and development initiatives
  • Design, develop, and manage role-based enablement programs designed to integrate sales teams and increase sales of acquired technologies.
  • Deliver targeted, personalized learning experiences that scale globally using a blended learning model, leveraging innovative ways of delivering learning.
  • Engage and leverage enablement resources, including learning design frameworks, content, communications, and technology, to execute on priorities and deliver high value enablement programs.
  • Analyze and interpret key sales metrics to identify gaps and define the most impactful enablement needed to increase performance and achieve results.
  • Measure results of acquisition enablement programs and content and consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores on delivered programs.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 6-8 years of combined experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales, and/or Strategic Consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute global, scalable learning programs to increase performance and drive outcomes.
  • Proven track record of producing and managing enablement events, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of enterprise/SME business models, go-to-market strategy, and sales, marketing, and partner operations.
  • Analytical skill set with the ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight timelines and juggle multiple priorities across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong, team-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to identify and frame issues and advise, influence, and take decisive actions.
  • Ability to assess sales requirements and propose appropriate solutions
