Demand for our commercial products is snowballing and we are looking for a Sales Director to further accelerate sales growth. You will get the opportunity to partner with a strong leadership team, make decisions that will drive the future of the company, and work with cutting edge cloud technologies.


Responsibilities

  • Consistently forecast and deliver revenue targets.
  • Grow, onboard, and mentormanage a sales department responsible for selling Datawire software globally.
  • Develop and refine sales methodology.
  • Enable your team to deliver extreme value and help our customers throughout their journey, converting trial users to subscription customers by demonstrating the immense value within the Ambassador Edge Stack.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Leadership team to ensure we capitalize on the massive market opportunity ahead of us.
  • Provide actionable feedback and solutions to improve systems, processes and tools to enable our go-to-market strategy.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota carrying B2B software sales experience.
  • 4+ years of sales management experience.
  • Experience with medium complexity IT sales cycles that involves utilizing sales engineering and internal communication/discussions with product management.
  • Solid solution selling skills.
  • Experience with open source software sales a plus.
