Sales and Marketing Coordinator
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be involved in all facets of execution for the sales and marketing team. You should be capable of managing multiple projects, and enjoy being part of a dynamic and growing organization. In this role you will have the opportunity to assist in content creation, campaign coordination, and build hands-on marketing skills.This is a great opportunity for someone who is exceptionally organized and has experience in data management, marketing analytics, Web & social marketing, and consumer marketing.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution of campaigns through our marketing and sales platforms
- This includes being a central touch point for logistics and support material for both in-house and in-field team members
- Data Management and Integrity
- Inputting and accessing data into our existing platforms for programs both in planning and execution phases
- Supporting data reporting requirements on a periodic basis
- Maintain our CRM and marketing systems, with a focus on ensuring data flow accuracy and identifying areas for optimization
- Collaborate cross organizationally with product development teams as well as external partners
- Supporting live events where gita will be demonstrated. Opportunity to occasionally travel to off-site locations
- Marketing Calendar coordination
- Maintain and update calendar related to ongoing experiential marketing events
- Coordinate communications calendar, including email and social media
- Support with vendor management to ensure all deadlines are met

Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in a Marketing-related field with 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Exposure to and knowledge of Marketing Automation and Sales CRM, Salesforce experience preferred
- A passion for Consumer Product Marketing and a commitment to quality
- Social Media Prowess – Ability to monitor, manage and update all social media platforms with an interest in the latest social media marketing trends
