Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Executive who wants to be a part of scaling a Boston-based startup that is transforming the world of custom part manufacturers! In this role, you will work with all facets of the company to bring Paperless Parts to your prospects.  

Mission Requirements:  Aside from the requisite sales skills defined below, our candidate must;

  • Lead through actions, not words. We need an Account Executive that can manage all aspects of the sales process as well as the ability to provide captivating demonstrations and leadership when engaging with their prospects.
  • Be curious. Enjoy learning about your prospect's business and ferreting out how Paperless Parts can solve their problems affecting growth and drive revenue for them will be key to your success
  • Like solving problems. Every prospect appears to be unique, it’s your job to identify the best way to communicate what we do and how we will help them. 
  • Steadfast behavior. You’ll get rejections, it’s part of the job. Remember you are not selling until the prospect says “No”.
  • Enjoy working primarily as an inside Account Executive, with some level of outside work that includes visiting local prospects, customers and supporting trade shows.
  • Desire to be part of a sales driven culture that will provide you the tools and training for success.

Requisite Skills:

  • 1-3 years of inside software sales experience managing the entire sales process 
  • Ideally a background in SaaS sales
  • Track record of consistent quota achievement
  • Excellent closing skills
  • Adept at finding opportunities via prospecting and networking

Our headquarters is located in downtown Boston, MA, across the street from Faneuil Hall and easily accessible to most transit routes (Red/Blue/Orange/Green Line) or a 10-minute walk from both South and North Station.
