Inside Sales Representative
The ISR will work directly with sales & marketing team to coordinate our sales efforts across the US and report directly to the Director of Sales. This role will be responsible for developing leads and creating opportunities for the B2B channel and support the Regional Sales Managers- following through to close when possible. This position will have a large influence on Regional Sales revenue attainment and B2B lead generation. Coordinate all B2B leads with appropriate PFF team members. Maintain and update all related CRMrecords to reflect accurate lead and sales activity.
Responsibilities and End Results (these tasks include but are not limited to):
- Lead Generation and Sales Attainment
- Create new opportunities and accounts through inbound / outbound telephone and e-mail enquiries
- Develop leads in assigned vertical markets. Provide key insights and trends to B2B Salesteam focused on these vertical markets.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations (when necessary).
- Create personal lead development plan (KPIs).
- Achieve monthly sales quotas & KPIs
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM for accurate reporting and tracking.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills:
- Strong out-bound phone and video sales skills
- Results oriented
- Self-starter, energetic
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the presence and ability to present to and engage large groups
- Works well with others in a remote team-oriented environment
- Creative, logical, analytical person willing to try new approaches required by the company and the marketplace
- Capable of determining the effectiveness of a lead generation approach and able to make the appropriate adjustment to achieve maximum results

Competencies:
