The GM of Enterprise Business is responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and executing on the strategic roadmap of the enterprise account team at EverQuote. The successful candidate will have experience with high growth, data-driven account management teams. This leader will be responsible for owning the Enterprise business P&L, driving the expansion of our entire Enterprise business, ensuring the team is delivering against growth roadmaps while contributing to the successful rollout of new products to our customers across varying account sizes.

You will:

  • Drive revenue through new account acquisition and account growth, meeting or exceeding all growth targets and performance metrics
  • Build a culture of accountability and urgency by transparently leveraging metrics and reporting to drive the right behaviors
  • Develop and own the strategy for accelerating the growth of the Enterprise Business by maximizing our account output and onboarding new hires quickly.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform and competitive landscape
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to communicate the needs of EverQuote’s largest customers and product requirements
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecast for the Enterprise Business and its key metrics
  • Build excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues, and broader team
  • Listen carefully to prospects and clients to provide market feedback to the Product team and help prioritize functionality needed to drive account growth opportunities
  • Spearhead the rollout of new products and programs, ensuring that the team is adequately trained and confident for significant client adoption and education
  • Bring a growth mindset to the team while continually driving accountability, trust, and integrity
  • Effectively communicates, formally and informally, up and down the organization
  • Continual coaching, as well as organized sessions in the interest of up-skilling members of the team
  • Help to move deals across the line with the team

Who You Are:

  • BA/BS minimum with 10+ years of enterprise account management and leadership experience
  • Managed a distributed team of 10+ reps
  • Experience analyzing commercial performance metrics and summarizing insights to drive organizational change
  • Experience managing and growing an enterprise account management team OR a tech P&L with direct revenue accountability OR insurance carrier performance marketing
  • Significant experience directly managing senior client relationships
  • Demonstrated history recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Deep comfort with excel, tableau and SQL.
  • Exceptional credibility with previous team members and organizations
  • Strong track record of decisiveness and accountability in previous roles
  • Proven approach of providing servant leadership through emotional intelligence and "grit"
