Position Overview:

We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager as we continue to grow! You will be a trusted advisor to our customers and will oversee the relationship with our customers and your team. You have a consultative mindset and aim to please. You can understand several business goals and processes across industries, tying them back to the Quickbase product, demonstrating the value of doing more with Quickbase. In short, you will own the success journey of our customers ensuring they have the right resources to accomplish their goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Value Management: Analyze and understand your customer's goals; determine the best approach to maximize their return on using our platform. Make best use of our service/support model to identify and capture the full potential of QuickBase to deliver value.
  • Thought leadership: Inspire & promote a vision of Quickbase as platform. Become a trusted advisor who provides a viewpoint on solving business problems and helping to shape and strengthen QuickBase's brand.
  • Develop Strong Relationships: Cultivate relationships with several key stakeholders in a variety of roles. Nurture champions of the product and develop strategic relationships; create opportunities for continued value.
  • Win Together: Lead cross-functional efforts on a variety of engagements to achieve positive business outcomes for your customers.
  • Accelerate Net Retention and Drive Account Growth: Design and implement effective strategies for the expansion and retention of customers. Includes goal setting and longer-term strategic planning. Proactively engage customers to identify new business, new services, and new partners and expand the buyer map.


Qualifications:

· BS/BA degree required

· 3+ years in a customer facing role

· Project management skills

· Ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences

Bonus Qualifications:

· Experience supporting SaaS or other complex business projects within large enterprises

· Business process, data modeling and workflow experience

· Consulting management experience

· Familiarity with relational databases and APIs

· Hands-on advanced knowledge of Quickbase

· Flexibility for travel (approximately 30%)
