THE ROLE

As an Associate Partner Manager on the Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing some of Thrasio’s key affiliate partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partnership Development, you will work to uncover strategic insights from partners and improve both internal and external communication. On a daily basis you will be tasked with identifying the most urgent needs of the team and prioritizing. In addition to owning your own accounts, you will also work closely with the Growth Team’s Partner Manager to help action on larger asks. The right candidate for this role is a self starter who thrives in ambiguity and problem solving. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Partner Manager with day to day management of key accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including brand operations, product launch, marketing and other internal teams
  • Build and maintain an understanding of Thrasio’s business, offerings and industry

What you bring to the party:

  • 1-2 years experience in account management or customer success 
  • Experience managing external relationships/accounts
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Comfort with Excel and data
  • Experience building internal relationships and coordinating cross functionally
  • Demonstrated quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
