ABOUT THE ROLE

Teikametrics is looking for an Account Manager to join our incredibly fast-growing global managed services team. As a part of the team, you’ll work closely with amazing high growth brands across multiple eCommerce platforms. You’ll be contributing to the exciting growth and scale of Teikametrics, including helping shape our operations, community, and culture of hard-working, empathetic, and incredibly fun and talented team members. 


Finally, we’re delighted that this position can be based out of Boston, Seattle, or remotely across the US. 


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute Amazon Advertising Campaigns: Manage campaign creation and Amazon advertising investment for multiple direct-response ad types across a portfolio of ~10-20 clients. Deliver consistent quarter-on-quarter growth in client advertising performance and investment. 

Build Meaningful Client Relationships: Structure weekly client engagement and create meaningful analyses and reports to support clients business goals. Develop strong relationships with all clients. 

Drive client strategy from data: Source and analyze data through the use of tools such as SQL and Excel to provide services as needed. Develop insights into brand performance that are not readily evident. 

Be an Expert in Amazon, Walmart, Paid Search Advertising: Stay apace with new direct marketing innovations coming out of Amazon & Walmart and guide clients through adoption. 

Be the voice of the customer: Collect and deliver meaningful and structured customer feedback to drive improvement of the offering. 


QUALIFIED CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong quantitative skills, a passion for data analysis. 

• Superlative communication skills with deep proficiency in professional writing, data presentation, and attention to detail. 

• Creative thinkers to develop client strategies and improve internal processes.

• 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, paid search advertising and/ or Amazon Advertising preferred.

• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

• Dedication to continued education and learning to keep abreast of the ever-changing Amazon landscape.
