Owlet is searching for a driven and self-motivated Sales Operations Analyst to support operational aspects of the retail sales team and will report to the Sales Operations Manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-based environment and demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the Sales Operations team to support achievement of sales objectives across domestic and international customer channels.
- Serve as a key liaison between retailers, Sales, and Operations to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
- Validate customer invoices for accuracy related to pricing, terms, discounts, and deductions; collaborate cross-functionally to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure third-party logistics (3PL) partners comply with customer vendor routing guides and support the dispute of chargebacks when required.
- Assist with the processing and resolution of customer return requests in accordance with company policies and customer agreements.
- Collect, review, and process customer orders to ensure all required information is accurate and complete, enforcing applicable order and compliance policies.
- Coordinate and escalate customer related issues to Sales leadership to maintain visibility, alignment, and timely resolution.
- Track, analyze, and report key sales orders to delivery performance metrics, including OTIF, fill rate, backorders, and chargebacks.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and implementing operational enhancements.
- Support sales order audit activities, including reviewing order accuracy, documentation, compliance requirements, and responding to audit inquiries as needed.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, Order Management, or Retail Operations
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure with tight deadlines
- Experience working with Netsuite, Orderful, vendor portals, or similar EDI systems preferred
- Proven ability to multitask, detailed-oriented, efficient and with strong customer service skills
- Mission oriented and results driven personality
- Independent and quick self learner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft office knowledge
- Travel 5-10% annually
