Sales Operations Analyst - Reporting & Enablement (SalesForce.com)

The Sales Operations Analyst will partner with sales leaders across four products to support operational needs, reporting, and enablement while helping drive consistency and scalable processes. The ideal candidate is fluent in Salesforce, comfortable with ambiguity, taking initiative, and training sales teams on Sales Ops-owned processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales teams that may be new to using Salesforce, helping drive adoption, build confidence, and reinforce best practices in daily sales activities
- Partner with sales leaders across 4 products to support evolving operational, reporting, and enablement needs
- Operate effectively in an environment with ambiguity and evolving processes, demonstrating initiative and a self-starter mindset while aligning closely with Sales Ops Leadership
- Assist in process optimization initiatives across the sales lifecycle, helping improve productivity, efficiency, data quality and usability
- Help identify opportunities to bring consistency and standardization across products while still supporting unique business needs
- Support Salesforce enhancements in partnership with the global Salesforce IT team by gathering requirements, refining business needs, and participating in UAT
- Build, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to support visibility, adoption and performance.
- Support the development of and delivery of sales training and enablement for owned tools, process enhancements and rollouts
- Assist with change management by helping drive adoption of new tools and processes
- Help maintain salesforce data quality and best practice
- Document processes, workflows, and training materials to support to support scalability and consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and Operations as needed
Core Requirements
- 5+ years experience using Salesforce as a business owner including reporting and dashboards experience
- 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Analyst, or similar role supporting Sales teams
- Strong Salesforce background with experience in solutioning opportunities for optimization
- Working knowledge of the sales lifecycle and opportunity management
- Experience partnering with Salesforce IT or technical teams to communicate requirements, expected outcomes, and supporting UAT
- Ability to support multiple products or stakeholders while helping drive saleable, consistent solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and explain insights clearly.
- Comfortable delivering training or process walkthroughs to Sales teams
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Organized, detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities
