Are you an ambitious & future-focused individual ready to take your career in sales and customer service to the next level? We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Lead to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our telecommunication clients’ sales strategies by driving growth through direct marketing campaigns that introduce and educate consumers on various products and services. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a team and have a huge influence on the success of key marketing initiatives by working together to improve our face-to-face consumer engagements.

Responsibilities of the Sales Lead:
  • Lead and mentor a team to ensure they consistently uphold customer service standards & exceed sales goals
  • Meet directly with consumers to educate them on our client's product offerings and new brand details
  • Design and implement sales presentations to increase customer engagement & raise brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the Sales Lead Team to coordinate schedules for promotional campaigns and marketing campaigns
  • Track and report sales results & consumer engagements, identifying opportunities for improvement in performance
  • Maintain & uphold a positive and competitive team environment by encouraging collaboration and individual achievement
  • Use leadership skills to motivate and guide the Sales Lead team to reach all goals set
