As a Lead Product Manager on the Klaviyo Amplify team, you will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal tools and platforms that enable our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, specifically Sales and Marketing, to grow our business and operate at scale.
This role focuses on solving for both internal and external user needs by developing products that improve the productivity of internal Klaviyos and enhance customer-facing experiences. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Support to identify pain points and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and support Klaviyo's overall growth. Please note that this is a hybrid role and requires 3 days/week onsite in our Boston office. Fully remote candidates will not be considered at this time.

What You'll Do:
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for internal sales and marketing platforms and tools, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and scale GTM operations.
- Conduct deep discovery with internal users, especially Sales and Marketing teams, to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics) to deliver impactful solutions.
- Build platforms and tools with an AI-first mindset that integrate with internal and external systems, enabling seamless GTM execution, reporting, and automation.
- Analyze key metrics and user feedback to improve internal tooling and ensure it aligns with business priorities and team objectives.
- Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of customer obsession, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while managing stakeholders and communicating updates across the organization, including executive leadership.
- Break down complex problems into iterative improvements, driving value quickly through agile methodologies.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in product management, with a minimum of 7 years, including a strong track record of building internal platforms or tools for sales, marketing, or other GTM functions.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS environments and the unique needs of internal GTM stakeholders.
- Experience shipping internal tooling or platforms that support high-scale operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical acumen and experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Analytical thinker who leverages data and qualitative feedback to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent communicator who can build trust and alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for improving internal operations and enabling teams to do their best work through well-designed tools and systems.
- Leadership mindset with experience mentoring others and driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
