What you’ll be doing:
- Assist senior project managers in overseeing schedules and milestone management.
- Learn and use project management software.
- Prepare and assist in project documentation.
- Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines.
- Provide consistent updates on the project to all stakeholders.
- Measure the project performance to suggest areas of improvement.
- Support AI and additional tool initiatives for our sales organization through testing, documentation, materials creation, etc.
What’s needed - Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong Excel skills: ability to use a pivot table
