We have a new opportunity in front of us. As we focus more on virtual-specialty care (Women’s Pelvic Health PT, Men’s Pelvic Health PT, and more) we are looking for a strong sales lead to growth for a new line of care.

What You'll Do
  • Own the Kins sales function. You’ll own the sales function & strategy for Kins

  • Build the pipeline. Manage a qualified pipeline of new business.optimally across CX, recruiting, billing/RCM, clinical experience and more.

  • Develop new business cases for our virtual-specialty care arm. Work with our organization to grow virtual specialty care. That includes creating a new line of cost-based business models and customer value propositions.

  • Build GTM processes that scale. Utilize digital-first tools (Hubspot, etc) combined with proven effective strategies to build a replicable sales motion that can reliably scale the business.

  • Set revenue targets. Define the metrics, goals, that drive revenue, and hold the org accountable to them.

  • Build a team: As we start to succeed in our GTM, you will begin hiring on a team to accelerate growth.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years in healthcare sales to physicians, health systems, or insurance partnerships.

  • Proven success in signing an insurance or health system partnership.

  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder partnership deals including revenue-generating and strategic arrangements

  • Success growing physician sales and hitting revenue OKRs.

  • Data-first. You know how to build a data-first approach to GTM and comfortable living/managing a CRM instance.

  • Steady when things break. When something goes wrong with one of our partners, you're the one who steps in, diagnoses it fast, and sets up the right conversations with our stakeholders.

  • Ability to travel: Up to 50% travel in New York and Massachusetts.

  • This is a remote role but easy access to New York City or Boston is important

Note: This role is largely commission-based.
