Job Description SummaryAs a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of GE HealthCare’s business development efforts by qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound target campaigns. Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Qualify inbound leads by engaging with prospects, identifying their needs, and assessing their potential as sales opportunities across a variety of channels.  
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting specific market segments, utilizing email, phone, and digital outreach. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine outreach strategies for specific campaigns and lead sources. 
  • Gather and document key information about prospects to ensure qualified leads are passed on to sales reps for follow-up. 
  • Track and manage lead data, engagement, and qualification progress in CRM systems such as Salesforce. 
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads, ensuring timely response and appropriate qualification based on predefined criteria. 
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on campaign performance, customer pain points, and market trends. 
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to lead qualification, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. 
  • Continuously learn and stay informed about GE HealthCare’s products, services, and industry trends to improve the quality of lead qualification. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical equipment environment. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects through various channels (email, phone, chat). 
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking and managing leads. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry. 
  • Previous experience with inbound and outbound sales campaigns. 
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and automation platforms. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $52,000.00-$78,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
