Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic team. They are a prominent player in the renewable energy sector and have demonstrated significant market growth and industry recognition in recent years. This role is the engine of their sales cycle, connecting with homeowners to generate qualified appointments.
Responsibilities
Proactively contact provided homeowner lists, executing a high volume of outbound calls daily (200+ dials).
Adhere to a proven script and sales methodology to qualify leads and schedule sales appointments.
Meticulously log all call activities and outcomes within their CRM system.
Strive to achieve and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets, with top performers booking 3-5 appointments per day.
Actively participate in training and coaching sessions to refine sales techniques.
Requirements
Must be comfortable and persistent in making a high volume of cold calls daily.
Possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
Demonstrate a coachable attitude and a strong desire to meet and exceed performance goals.
Prior experience in a call center, telemarketing, or outbound sales environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
