The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Programs, this role will be instrumental in expanding our enterprise training vertical. This is a hands-on sales role that provides exposure to the entire sales cycle and offers significant mentorship opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify new enterprise leads through outbound outreach and strategic research.

  • Research and prospect key enterprise contacts using various platforms and tools.

  • Develop and execute an outreach strategy to nurture leads and create opportunities.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to WSP guidelines.

  • Schedule and coordinate sales calls for the Director of Corporate Programs.

  • Set follow-up meetings with qualified leads that progress into opportunities.

  • Track and report key enterprise sales metrics to support sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking in our CRM platform (Salesforce, Gong, Etc.)

  • Work with clients across diverse global regions, ensuring comfort with different time zones and cultural nuances.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally in a high-growth tech/SaaS company, financial services, or higher education.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Based in New York City or Boston.

  • Strong interest in financial services and enterprise sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various communication styles.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn and improve sales strategies.

  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, business development, and account management teams to drive expansion and client retention.

  • A track record of persistence, coachability, and hitting activity-based targets

  • Passion for delivering best-in-class client service and improving training outcomes.
